Navigating Into the World of Nightlife

The world we lived in is still to be navigated. I know, something is sleeping there idly, waiting for someone to discover it. Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.

St. Clare of Assisi

Saint Clare of Assisi, born Chiara Offreduccio, (July 16, 1194 – August 11, 1253) was one of the first followers of Francis of Assisi and founded the Order of Poor Ladies to organize the women who chose to take the Franciscan vow of poverty and celibacy.

Clare was born in Assisi, Italy in 1194 as the eldest daughter of Favorino Scifi, Count of Sasso-Rosso. In 1210, Clare heard Francis preaching in the streets of Assisi about his new mendicant order (then newly-approved by Pope Innocent III) and was moved by his words. On March 20, 1212, Clare and her sister Agnes fled their home to follow Francis: she and her sister cut their hair short and put on rough tunics to indicate their acceptance of the vows of poverty and celibacy, and stayed with a nearby convent of Benedictine nuns until moving to San Damiano, where Clare and Agnes founded the Order of Poor Ladies (also then known as the Order of San Damiano).

Sadness...Faith...Joy

Frustration.Sadness.Melancholy......
These words are my constant companion these past few days.Is it due to lovelife? Nope. Make another guess.Family problems?Nope.Nice try.Friendship problems?I don't think so.Well it's the "For a better life thing".
Let me tell you the story.
May 30 2100H, I was interviewed by a foreigner for a work abroad. The interview was technical meaning the questions being asked are worked related or those things you can learn in seminars.Fortunately, I passed the said interview.
When I checked on my email the next day, I was very happy since I already have an offer letter to work abroad, in the infamous US of A.Wow, I'm so happy.Imagine receiving dollars.I can be a millionare, hehehe.
Without hesitation I provided the requirements they're asking me for H1B VISA Application(by the way, H1B Visa is a working Visa in the United States).I emailed the documents the next day.So far so good. That was Wednesday.Thursday passed,so far OK.Fri, Sat and Sunday,Good.
It was now Monday,June 5.When I checked on my yahoo inbox I caught sight of the subject "H1B Cap Reached". With hands trembling,I opened it. OMG, my H1B was not filed since the quota have been reached. As if all the problems on Earth are in my shoulders.I cannot work.I cannot eat.Imagine being in the US for a couple of months and now one more year must past inorder to file my VISA.Im very downhearted that time.Even my gimik life suffered, also my work.
It's been 2 weeks since the incident.I have moved on. I know this is God's plan for me.Maybe He wants me to spend more time with my family, find a lover here,or do things which are memorable.
God is truly generous, I know.I haven't even asked God "Why have You done this to me Lord".My faith to Him has never faltered.
I will surely have my own chance to go abroad.Just hold on.When there is Life, there is Hope.

Usually when I am crowded with problems, loneliness and hopelessness, I turn to my favorite saints.I am a devotee of St. Clare and St. Jude,Our Lady of La Naval and Mother Margaret of Castelo. It is truly blessed when you attend the Holy Eucharist in their House of Worship.Visit their Chapels. They are very miraculous. St. Jude Chapel is located in Mendiola, near Malacanang Palace.St Clare is in Katipunan, near the MRT Katipunan, Our Lady of La Naval and Blessed Mother Margaret of Castelo are found in Sto. Domingo Church.
Prayers are powerful. Exercise them.It will help, not only spiritually but physically.

The pix above are my sisters. Although they are much younger than me, they are always there making me into a sturdy individual. They are so pliant. They always give me Hope.
